What do you need to start a 3D rendering project?
We can start with your 2D plans, CAD files, or 3D models (like Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD). We also need your FF&E (Finishes, Furniture & Equipment) schedule or material references for finishes, lighting, and landscaping.
Can you create 3D renders for DA or council approval?
Yes. This is one of our core services. We create DA submission renders (also called photomontages) that accurately overlay your proposed design into real-world site photos, complete with shadow studies and context models to support your application.
What is the difference between an animation and a virtual tour?
An architectural animation (or flythrough) is a pre-rendered, non-interactive video, like a movie, that guides the viewer. A virtual tour is fully interactive, allowing the user to “walk” through the space at their own pace, look 360°, and explore on their own.
What is a BIM to VR walkthrough?
